Montfrin IS Avillage of 3500 inhabitants on an area of 15 km2 . It is situated between Nîmes and Avignon (20 kms away).
All the necessary shops can be found : tobaccos, bakeries, grocer's shops, bars, pmu, restaurants, beauticians...

In the center, these are many ancient buildings such as, the church Our Lady de Malpas, the Commanderie of Holy Jean, the classified Castle, the site of Balm, the arenas, a mammoth skeleton in a wine cellar.

On the bottom of the village, a walk starts along the river Roach and continues crossing among others vineyards ( the main activity in the area is wine producing).
